  • What Motivates You?

This video makes me happy. It talks about a study on how to motivate employees at work and what does and doesn’t work. It turns out big money bonus’ don’t help productivity for anything other than manual labour. In fact for important jobs in the economy it is thought to have a negative impact.

It has also resorted my faith in people a little bit, by discovering that most of us really are motivated by good things like mastery and purpose. Well worth a watch, especially if you are in management.

Great animation and revealing truth about people’s need for purpose in life and not just a paycheck.

At Employee Watch, LLC we provide employee communities a means of being part of the employer’s business model and not just another numbered asset in the business inventory.

Engaging employees to be part of the solutions to employee related problems i.e.; sexual harassment, theft, vandalism, safety violations, drug use, violence and more has proven to be an effective and well received means of truly engaging any businesses “most valuable assets” their employees and removing the obstacles that nearly 80% of employees have when it comes to communicating with business management.

An Employee Watch membership removes these fears and beliefs for employees and gives them an unobstructed “excuse-proof” way to communicate with their employers management team 24 hours a day, everyday.

Thanks for bringing to light what we at Employee Watch, LLC have been promoting for over 10 years….engaging employees creates purpose and drive for employees and increased retention rates for employers dramatically.
